Full text: 

Datur sepulturae
Corpus Christi nobile, spes vitae futurae,
Conditur aromate, implentur scripturae.
Iugi<s> sic memoria mortis est mihi curae.

 

English translation: 

The noble body of Christ is given to the grave.
The hope of future life is treated with the good smelling oil,
the scriptures are fulfilled.
So the never ending memory of (His) death is my cure.
