Ave mundi domina et caeli regina,

A Salve mundi domina (with at least concordant first stanza) is recorded in ms. D-W Cod. Guelf. 18.30 Aug. 4°, f. 46v, as "Hymnus ad b. virginem cum notis musicis", according to HEINEMANN 1966, 253–254 (see http://diglib.hab.de/?db=mss&list=ms&id=18-30-aug-4f&catalog=Heinemann).
Similarly in the miscellaneous ms. D-Ju Sag. o. 2 (Hildesheim [?], 3rd third of the fifteenth century), f. 150v, within a section of "Orationes de BMV"; see KLEIN-OTT 2009, 349-365: 356.
