Full text: 

Sanctus, sanctus, sanctus dominus deus sabaoth. Pleni sunt caeli et terra gloria tua. Hosanna in excelsis.

O sapientia, quae ex ore altissimi prodisti, veni ad docendum nos viam prudentiae.

English translation: 

Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Sabaoth. The heavens and the earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest.

O wisdom, you who came forth from the mouth of the Highest, come to teach us the way of prudence.
