Ave mater gloriosa, 
Virga Iesse speciosa.

Ex regali stirpe nata,
Virgo semper illibata,
Stella maris appellata.

Gaude pia et decora,
Nos exaudi sine mora
Et pro nobis semper ora.

English translation: 

Hail, o glorious Mother, beautiful shoot of Jesse.

Born of royal stock, virgin ever untouched, you who are called star of the sea.

Rejoice, pious and splendid, hear us without delay and always pray for us.
